Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers must be unpublished and must not be currently under review for any other publication. Before submitting your paper, please check the description of the conference scope in the CALL FOR PAPERS. If you are unsure whether your work falls within the scope of the conference, please contact the Program Co-Chairs.

Interested authors should prepare a Portable Document Format (PDF) or postscript version of their full papers and send them to pspt@cs.umbc.edu within the submission deadline. Papers must not exceed 8 pages double column (US Letter size, 8.5 x 11 inches) including text, figures and references. The font size must be at least 10 points. The following is an author kit to help you to prepare the final version of your paper:

PAGE LIMIT: 8 pages max. This includes all figures, tables, and references.

DEADLINE: Your camera ready version of the paper is due by August 15, 2004.

Please submit your paper to pspt@cs.umbc.edu.

Please name your files in the following manner - <last name_first initial_keyword.doc>.

FORMAT: Please prepare your U.S. Letter-size (8.5" x 11") paper as a PDF file, you MUST adhere to the following PDF specifications:

  1. Must be formatted according to the guidelines defined in the IEEE Computer Society Press 8.5x11-inch Proceedings Manuscripts. (http://www.computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm).
